About the Opportunity:

Are you an experienced Aircraft Ground Mechanic looking for a dynamic and impactful career move? Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking driven professionals to join their Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure undelayed aircraft operations by providing swift on-site maintenance services for business and corporate aviation platforms. This 7-on/7-off rotational position ensures a work-life balance with guaranteed 80 hours per week. Your expertise will directly support operational uptime across diverse aircraft models like Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Cessna.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy rapidly to AOG events to deliver high-quality field maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve discrepancies in full compliance with FAA and OEM standards.
  • Engage customer-facing communications to manage expectations and timelines.
  • Document maintenance accurately using internal systems.
  • Maintain equipment readiness, ensuring your AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory are optimal.
  • Exhibit professionalism and customer service excellence on-site.
  • Prioritize safety and regulatory adherence in all duties.

Requirements:
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG/field service expertise preferred.
  • Experience with platforms such as Gulfstream (GIV–G700), Bombardier, Cessna Citation series, King Air 90/200/350, or Embraer.
  • Valid driver's license and capacity to travel on short notice.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in challenging environments.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. with requisite identification.
  • Completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Participation in Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
