About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Rapidly deploy to AOG events and execute high-quality maintenance in the field.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in alignment with FAA and OEM standards.
- Engage with external customers to set expectations and manage scope and timelines.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately using internal systems.
- Maintain readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory.
- Consistently deliver professionalism and customer service on-site.
- Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all actions.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with a strong preference for recent AOG or field service experience.
- Expertise with one or more platforms: Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna Citation, King Air, or Embraer.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Clear and professional client communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
- Ability to work independently, represent the company on-site, and handle physical demands.
- Valid driver's license, ability to travel on short notice, and capability to lift 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States with two forms of Federal Identification.
- Completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
