About the Opportunity:
Join our client's dynamic Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic and play a pivotal role in ensuring aircraft safety and operational efficiency. This exciting opportunity allows you to respond rapidly to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, providing top-tier maintenance services on-site for a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms. With a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, and guaranteed 80 hours per week, your contributions will directly impact operational uptime and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly deploy to AOG events to perform high-quality field maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies per FAA and OEM standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients, managing expectations and timelines.
- Accurately document maintenance in internal systems.
- Maintain readiness and inventory of AOG vehicles and tools.
- Deliver exceptional on-site customer service with a strong safety focus.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
- Recent AOG or field service experience preferred.
- Experience with Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer platforms.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel on short notice.
- Able to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; background check and drug screening required.
