About the Opportunity:

As a Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and overseeing assembly processes within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the efficient flow of aircraft processes and allocation of manpower and consumables.
- Oversee and communicate effectively with all levels of the company, serving as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Site/Ops Manager to ensure operational objectives are met and sustained.
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office to maintain project schedules and documentation, with an emphasis on MS Project.
- Support and lead training initiatives to facilitate seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer to operational staff.
Requirements:
- Must be located in Florida.
- Experience in VIP/business jet operations as a supervisor or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong experience in MS Project being a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact across all company levels and with customers.
- Availability to start onsite in July or travel to our site in DE for initial training/support.
