Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall budgetary, financial, manpower, and operational functions of the entire site.
- Engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure operational excellence.
- Serve as a key liaison to customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering sustained relationships.
- Utilize strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Project, to streamline processes and deliver results.
- Drive performance by overseeing and optimizing site operations with strategic foresight.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or higher within VIP/business jet operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on MS Project.
- Ability to interact and communicate adeptly at all organizational levels, providing a clear and compelling voice to the customer.
- Preferred candidates will be located in Florida and ready for an immediate start.
- Willingness to travel to our site in Delaware for initial training and support.
