Responsibilities:
- Prepare aircraft surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Apply primer, paint, and coatings using spray guns and brushes.
- Ensure paint applications meet quality standards for smoothness, color accuracy, and thickness.
- Inspect finished surfaces and perform necessary touch-ups.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in aircraft painting or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and aviation materials.
- Strong attention to detail and task precision.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for hazardous materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Physically able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
