Responsibilities:

Manage daily shift duties in alignment with the production schedule, ensuring customer demands are met.
Directly control and allocate resources efficiently to complete turnover and rework projects.
Drive team productivity, motivating team members towards achieving Senior Painter II status.
Ensure timely progression towards the company’s efficiency and performance targets.
Maintain optimal relations with customers to bolster confidence during aircraft inputs.
Supervise and balance the workforce, aligning department capacity with production needs.
Oversee inventory and material usage, ensuring all resources align with production requirements.
Engage in continuous monitoring and corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery and quality standards.
Enforce safety, environmental, and disciplinary protocols within the team.
Provide regular operational reports and highlight improvement opportunities to senior management.
Lead training programs to foster skill development and align team performance with company values.

Requirements:

Degree or a minimum of 5 years’ production management experience, or equivalent training and experience.
Stellar communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership and motivational skills in managing large teams.
Adaptability to tight deadlines and high-pressure work environments.
Practical knowledge of various equipment and applications in a production setting.
Competence in managing profit centers efficiently.
