Responsibilities:

Accurately track and report the progress of large dollar projects over several months, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Monitor and analyze job costs, working with project managers to provide detailed cost reports and identify areas for savings.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
Manage General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Prepare financial statements for review or audit, providing detailed analysis to management and auditors.
Utilize advanced Excel techniques for creating financial reports and analyze financial data using complex formulas.
Leverage Quantum Accounting and ERP systems for financial data management, ensuring data integrity.
Prepare budget, projection, and variance reports, collaborating with department heads for accurate budgeting.

Requirements:

7 years of accounting experience.
3 years of experience supervising accountants.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Preferred experience with Quantum Accounting and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and other complex functions.
