Responsibilities

Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to take on the role of Aviation Warehouse Representative. Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming aircraft and engine parts for accuracy and condition.
- Verify documentation against purchase orders and shipping records.
- Perform visual inspections and review traceability documents.
- Enter inventory data accurately into the inventory management system.
- Label, store, and organize aviation inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support warehouse projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in the aviation aftermarket or USM (Used Serviceable Material) industry.
- Forklift certification and operating experience.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably Avsight.
- Knowledge of ASA requirements for aircraft parts and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
