Job Description
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking driven and experienced AOG Mechanics to join their Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. This opportunity allows you to have a direct and meaningful impact on aircraft operational uptime by delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services during aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events. With a rotational schedule of 8 days on and 6 days off, this role promises a competitive hourly wage and the chance to work with a diverse array of business and corporate aviation platforms, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, and Embraer.


Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly deploy and perform high-quality maintenance at AOG events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently, adhering to FAA and OEM standards.
  • Communicate effectively with external customers to manage work expectations and timelines.
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities within internal systems.
  • Maintain and ensure readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory.
  • Deliver exceptional on-site professionalism and customer service.
  • Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all operations.

 
Requirements:
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • Professional verbal communication skills with external clients.
  • Proficient with maintenance tracking software (such as CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
  • Independent worker who can effectively represent the company on-site.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on customer service.
