About the Opportunity:
Join our client’s highly skilled Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational continuity in the world of business and corporate aviation. This exciting opportunity allows you to promptly respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, providing top-tier, on-site maintenance services across a wide range of aircraft such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, and Embraer. With an 8-on / 6-off rotational schedule, you'll significantly impact operational uptime while enjoying a competitive hourly wage and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Deploy rapidly to AOG events and deliver high-quality maintenance in the field.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to FAA and OEM requirements.
Communicate effectively with external customers, managing expectations and timelines.
Accurately document all maintenance activities using internal systems.
Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service on-site.
Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all actions performed.

Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Clear and professional communication skills with external clients.
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable, etc.).
Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site.
Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused.
Willingness to work extended hours or weekends based on AOG demand.
Ability to travel to customer locations and work in varying conditions.
Physical capability to climb, twist, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
