Responsibilities:

Execute routine and unscheduled maintenance on agricultural aircraft, specifically crop dusters.
Assist with and conduct annual inspections to ensure aircraft are in top condition.
Troubleshoot and repair discrepancies in airframes and powerplants.
Uphold FAA regulations and company standards by ensuring all maintenance complies.
Maintain meticulous logbook entries and detailed maintenance records.
Ensure aircraft readiness and optimize operations during peak spray seasons.
Collaborate efficiently with pilots and the operations team to minimize aircraft downtime.

Requirements:

Must possess FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
Experience with turbine or radial engines, such as PT6 or R-1340, is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills are essential.
Ability to work independently in a rural or field environment.
Willingness to work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons.
