About the Opportunity:
Join our client’s dynamic Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic, where your skills will be put to the test in a role that demands quick thinking and precision. You'll enjoy a rotational schedule and the chance to work on a variety of aircraft types, including Gulfstream, Bombardier, and Embraer.
Responsibilities
- Deploy quickly to AOG events to perform top-tier field maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with FAA and OEM standards.
- Effectively communicate with external customers to coordinate scope, timeline, and expectations.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately within internal systems.
- Ensure your AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory are always ready for action.
- Uphold professionalism and superior customer service on all assignments.
- Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in every task.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills when liaising with clients.
- Skilled in using maintenance tracking software like CAMP, Corridor, and Airtable.
- Capable of independent work and representing the company in the field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to excellent customer service.
