About the Opportunity:

Join our client’s Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic (Citations), where your skills and commitment directly impact aircraft operational uptime. This critical role involves rapid response to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, offering prompt and professional maintenance solutions across various business and corporate aviation platforms including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer, and more. Responsibilities:

Respond rapidly and efficiently to AOG events.
Perform high-quality maintenance in diverse field environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in compliance with FAA and OEM standards.
Communicate directly with customers to manage work expectations and completion timelines.
Accurately document all maintenance actions using internal systems.
Maintain readiness of the AOG vehicle, including tools and inventory organization.
Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service on-site.
Perform all tasks while adhering to strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Clear and professional communication skills when working with clients.
Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and customer service skills.
Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting, bending, working in tight spaces, and operating in varied weather conditions.
