About the Opportunity:

Join our client's dynamic Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic (Citations), where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring aircraft readiness. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of responsive aircraft maintenance, impacting the efficiency and reliability of external customers across an array of business and corporate aviation platforms. Responsibilities:

Rapidly deploy to AOG events and deliver high-quality field maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently, adhering to FAA and OEM guidelines.
Communicate effectively with external customers to manage expectations, scope, and timelines.
Accurately document all maintenance activities using internal systems.
Maintain the readiness of the AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory.
Uphold exceptional standards of professionalism and customer service.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance are prioritized in all actions.

Requirements:

Proven troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Excellent communication abilities with clients.
Proficiency in maintenance tracking software such as CAMP, Corridor, or Airtable.
Capability to work independently and represent the company professionally on-site.
Detail-oriented, organized, with a strong customer-service focus.
Willingness to work extended hours or weekends based on demand.
Ability to travel and respond rapidly to AOG situations.
Physical capacity to perform tasks under various environmental and physical conditions.
