About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking passionate and skilled AOG Mechanics to join their Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring aircraft are back in the air swiftly and safely. This offers a unique opportunity to work in diverse environments, directly impacting operational uptime and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly respond to AOG events and deliver expert maintenance services on-site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently in accordance with FAA and OEM mandates.
  • Communicate effectively with external customers to set clear expectations on scope and timelines.
  • Accurately document all maintenance activities using internal systems.
  • Maintain operational readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service on-site.
  • Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.

 
Requirements:
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • Professional communication skills when working with external clients.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
  • Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and in high-pressure environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs regularly.
  • Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off.
