About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking passionate and skilled AOG Mechanics to join their Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring aircraft are back in the air swiftly and safely. This offers a unique opportunity to work in diverse environments, directly impacting operational uptime and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Rapidly respond to AOG events and deliver expert maintenance services on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently in accordance with FAA and OEM mandates.
Communicate effectively with external customers to set clear expectations on scope and timelines.
Accurately document all maintenance activities using internal systems.
Maintain operational readiness of AOG vehicles, tools, and inventory.
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service on-site.
Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.

Requirements:

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Professional communication skills when working with external clients.
Familiarity with maintenance tracking software (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).
Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and in high-pressure environments.
Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs regularly.
Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off.
