Join our client’s dynamic Greenville sustainment team as a Sustainment Avionics, F-16 Technician Level 2, where your expertise will have a direct impact on ensuring the flight readiness of advanced aviation systems. Responsibilities:
- Execute flight test modifications, testing, and installation of electrical harnesses and components.
- Skillfully route various wires and cables, terminate cables and wires, and perform operational checks for flight readiness.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and avionics systems as necessary.
- Occasionally engage in general mechanic installations, testing, and inspections.
- Collaborate effectively during both 1st and 2nd shifts, with potential for shift assignments following training.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in F-16 fighter avionics/electrical work.
- Consideration for candidates with at least 6 years of recent experience in other fighter jets, such as the F-18 or F-15.
- Flexibility to work either 1st Shift (5:30 AM to 4:00 PM) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM to 1:30 AM) as assigned.
