Responsibilities

Install, inspect, test, and repair avionics equipment, including communication, navigation, and autopilot systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose avionics systems with precision.
Perform installations and modifications according to manufacturer specifications.
Conduct intricate soldering on electrical components to ensure optimal performance.
Use precision equipment for comprehensive maintenance and testing.
Analyze flight test data and verify proper avionics operation without interference.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Accurately document all maintenance tasks and work performed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to share technical knowledge and best practices.
Mentor junior technicians and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

A&P License preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with jet, turboprop, or piston aircraft maintenance in an MRO environment.
Demonstrated experience with avionics systems and aircraft electrical repairs.
Strong knowledge of aviation safety practices and avionics technology.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Flexibility in scheduling and ability to respond to operational demands.
