Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full production flow of aircraft, coordinating efforts across multiple shifts.
- Lead and motivate teams across 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts while maintaining high standards of performance and safety.
- Plan and prepare for incoming aircraft to ensure efficient and streamlined operations.
- Utilize Excel, Project, Outlook, and other computer systems to optimize production processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing production processes, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams across multiple shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and strategic skills for incoming production tasks.
