Responsibilities:
  • Execute safe, efficient, and timely flights for private VIP operations.
  • Ensure passenger and crew safety, comfort, and service excellence.
  • Oversee aircraft readiness and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and recordkeeping.
  • Maintain required financial, operational, and flight documentation.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing flight crew environment.
  • Remain rested, fit for duty, and prepared for variable schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to legal standards.

 
Requirements:
  • U.S. passport or legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain FAA First Class Medical Certification.
  • Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
  • Experience operating large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
  • Current or previous GIV type rating preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with a 2-hour call-out availability.
  • Clean flight record with no accidents, incidents, or violations.
  • Eligibility for CANPASS authorization for travel to and from Canada.
