Responsibilities:
- Execute safe, efficient, and timely flights for private VIP operations.
- Ensure passenger and crew safety, comfort, and service excellence.
- Oversee aircraft readiness and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams.
- Conduct thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain required financial, operational, and flight documentation.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing flight crew environment.
- Remain rested, fit for duty, and prepared for variable schedules.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to legal standards.
Requirements:
- U.S. passport or legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain FAA First Class Medical Certification.
- Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours.
- Experience operating large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
- Current or previous GIV type rating preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with a 2-hour call-out availability.
- Clean flight record with no accidents, incidents, or violations.
- Eligibility for CANPASS authorization for travel to and from Canada.
