Phenom 300 Captain Full Time

Phenom 300 Captain for our client, a private aviation company operating a diverse fleet of managed and charter aircraft. The Captain holds command authority on every assignment, exercises operational control, leads the flight crew (mentoring First Officers), and represents the company's brand at the highest level of professionalism. Reports to the Chief Pilot.

Key responsibilities:
- Leadership, management and accountability as senior crewmember; mentor and give feedback to First Officers.
- Flight operations and safety excellence; exercise operational control to all regulatory and company standards.
- Client service and relationship excellence on every trip.
- Aircraft systems and maintenance coordination (review maintenance logs, keep aircraft airworthy and available).
- Regulatory compliance and documentation, including international operations.

Schedule: rotating 4-crew-member schedule, 8 on / 6 off; variable flight schedule based on charter demand. Remote (United States), 100% travel. Full-time exempt.
Pay: $150,000/year base, plus hourly and performance-based variable compensation up to $22,000/year.
