About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is on the hunt for an Inside Sales Manager specializing in Cabin Solutions & IFE. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth aviation market research and analyze competitive intelligence.
- Perform detailed pricing and financial analysis to support business development for various product bundles.
- Analyze airline fleet data and identify high-probability target markets aligned with product capabilities.
- Develop revenue forecasts and conduct qualitative margin analysis.
- Create comprehensive revenue models supporting retrofit, repair, and partnership programs.
- Track and report commercial KPIs to effectively manage pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
- Engage with prospects to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
- Manage internal processes, including invoice preparation, forecasting updates, and CRM activities.
- Prepare board-level insights and strategic reporting materials, including investor updates.
- Develop data-driven dashboards to assess go-to-market performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Knowledge of the commercial aviation aftermarket.
- Experience with cabin interiors, IFE, or component sales is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building forecasts and margin analyses.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and Excel/data tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level materials.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site part of the week as required.
