Our client, a leader in the aviation sector, is on the hunt for an Inside Sales Manager specializing in Cabin Solutions & IFE. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth aviation market research and analyze competitive intelligence.
  • Perform detailed pricing and financial analysis to support business development for various product bundles.
  • Analyze airline fleet data and identify high-probability target markets aligned with product capabilities.
  • Develop revenue forecasts and conduct qualitative margin analysis.
  • Create comprehensive revenue models supporting retrofit, repair, and partnership programs.
  • Track and report commercial KPIs to effectively manage pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
  • Engage with prospects to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage internal processes, including invoice preparation, forecasting updates, and CRM activities.
  • Prepare board-level insights and strategic reporting materials, including investor updates.
  • Develop data-driven dashboards to assess go-to-market performance.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Knowledge of the commercial aviation aftermarket.
  • Experience with cabin interiors, IFE, or component sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience building forecasts and margin analyses.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and Excel/data tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level materials.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site part of the week as required.
