Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process from initial requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Source and attract candidates for diverse aviation, maintenance, operational, and corporate roles.
  • Conduct interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the company.
  • Cultivate and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with departments on pilot recruitment, technical evaluations, and FAA compliance.
  • Maintain candidate records, manage pre-employment requirements, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, provide reports, and identify improvements for hiring processes.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with experience managing multiple requisitions.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with proficiency in ATS and recruiting platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Located in or willing to work from Orlando, FL, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
  • Aviation recruiting experience within business aviation or Part 135 operations.
 
Preferred
  • Familiarity with FAA hiring requirements and the Pilot Records Database (PRD).
