Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all inspection activities to ensure aircraft airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee RII oversight, manual revisions, and internal/external audits.
- Liaise with the FAA to ensure program manuals and documentation meet standards.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performance inspection team.
- Foster a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and precision.
- Spearhead hiring initiatives and provide training to uphold organizational values.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
- 10+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
- 7+ years in aerospace/MRO Quality Control & Inspection leadership.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, inspection programs, and ATA codes.
- Experience managing inspection teams and ensuring MRO compliance.
- Proven experience interfacing with FAA on compliance matters.
- Preferred: experience with corporate aviation/business jets and Corridor/CAMP platforms.
- Citation Experience Required
