Overview of the Role:
As an Engine Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless engine maintenance processes. Your expertise will help align work scopes, prepare accurate cost estimates, and meet quotation deadlines. You'll provide crucial engine status updates and coordinate shop visits with customers, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Analyze work scopes and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Adhere to strict quote deadlines for timely service delivery.
- Provide clear engine status updates to stakeholders.
- Host shop visits with customers for hands-on updates and insights.
- Keep precise records using Salesforce for efficient management.
Requirements:
- Expertise in turbo fan engines, e.g., CFM56 or V2500.
