Overview of the Role:
As an Engine Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless engine maintenance processes. Your expertise will help align work scopes, prepare accurate cost estimates, and meet quotation deadlines. You'll provide crucial engine status updates and coordinate shop visits with customers, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company’s high standards.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills for team and customer interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and record-keeping.
- Experience in a similar role, emphasizing project and customer management.
