Responsibilities:
- Promote safety by strictly following all safety-related instructions.
- Execute all assignments in accordance with company and manufacturer manuals and FAA regulations.
- Record and take responsibility for all performed work in compliance with the RS manual.
- Maintain vigilance to identify hazardous practices and report them responsibly.
- Report equipment and safety hazards promptly to the Hangar Lead or Repair Station Manager.
- Optimize use of company resources including tools, parts, and equipment.
- Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety for personal and shop equipment.
- Document work progress thoroughly to assist transition to subsequent shifts.
- Remain informed of manual, policy, and rule updates concerning conduct.
- Notify the Hangar Lead of any irregularities in the aircraft immediately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid FAA A&P license.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Preferred experience or training with specific airframes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Web-Based Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, quick learning capabilities, and a proactive approach.
