Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Manage and inspire a team of concrete construction personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Supervise all aspects of concrete work, from placement to curing and quality control.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to minimize delays and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including material usage and labor hours.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations on site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address identified hazards promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in concrete construction supervision.
- Proven track record of leading and completing concrete projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in concrete placement, finishing, curing, and quality control procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail and dedication to high-quality standards.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to a secure work environment.
- California C-10 Concrete License is a plus.
