About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flight Nurses to join a high-performing air medical transport team in Redding, CA. In this role, you’ll deliver advanced patient care during emergency medical transports, ensuring safety and positive outcomes for critically ill or injured patients. Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
Document accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing purposes.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Participate in public relations and outreach activities to promote air medical services.
Enhance clinical expertise through ongoing training, clinical rotations, and skill labs.
Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring
Active RN License: Valid in the state of California.
Critical Care Experience: Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in emergency or critical care settings.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP preferred).
Specialized Credentials: CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
Physical Requirements: Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: Flight or transport experience and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: Hourly rates between $28.73–$41.01, with annual earnings potential of $97,452–$139,208.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (available through December 31, 2024).
Location Bonus: Up to 25% for eligible candidates.
Additional Incentives: Shift bonuses, annual safety bonuses, and employee rewards.
