About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and applicable FARs, acting as a primary contact for the FAA and other regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the performance and documentation of inspections and maintenance releases.
- Supervise and assist technicians, ensuring tasks align with approved data and standards.
- Coordinate repair station personnel, from hiring and training to performance evaluations.
- Implement inventory management procedures and oversee material flow with key managers.
- Maintain facility security and readiness, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate with customers about repair statuses and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a 145 FAA Repair Station or as an A&P mechanic.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in repairing inflight entertainment systems.
- In-depth knowledge of FARs and proficiency in managing employee operations and interviews.
- Experience with inventory management and inspection processes.
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
