Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate daily maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
Notify the Lead Mechanic of any unusual issues that may require schedule or aircraft changes.
Oversee maintenance operations at field bases, managing assigned aircraft and maintaining adequate stock for repairs.
Prepare and certify aircraft logs and maintenance documentation to meet FAA and company standards.
Ensure compliance with RAMCO system entries, including work packages and component installations.
Maintain effective communication with the Lead Mechanic and team members to ensure timely job completion.
Manage and monitor parts inventory, recommending adjustments to stock levels as needed.
Maintain and calibrate company-provided special tools according to established schedules.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic.
Strong communication and basic computer skills.
Ability to pass pre-placement physical exams and required screenings.
Experience in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting (preferred for roving maintenance team members).
Willingness to travel frequently and work night shifts as needed.
