Job Description
 About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a highly skilled Lead A&P Technician to join their dynamic team. This role promises an exciting opportunity to work with a premier fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range, and ultra-long-range aircraft. With maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe, you'll be part of a team delivering top-tier service within one of the world’s leading base maintenance facilities. Your work will contribute to maintaining our client's commitment to excellence and safety in aircraft maintenance and operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned tasks efficiently under the guidance of the Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding aircraft maintenance status.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Open work orders and compile required maintenance documentation.
  • Provide inspection support as authorized by the Chief Inspector.
  • Perform inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems.
  • Uphold aircraft maintenance in accordance with applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and customer General Maintenance Manuals (GMM).
  • Work collaboratively within a team, exercising sound judgment in maintenance and safety practices.
  • Maintain and repair shop facilities, ensuring equipment and tools remain operational to support ongoing operations.

 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid A&P Certification.
  • Possession of personal tools required to perform job duties.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Part 145 environment; Part 135 experience is a plus.
