About the Role
Total Aviation Staffing is recruiting for a Captain H145 IFR/NVG pilot on behalf of a leading air ambulance provider. As a Captain, you will play a critical role in life-saving missions, flying in diverse and challenging environments with precision and skill.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the H145 helicopter in Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations under IFR/NVG conditions.
Ensure compliance with PHI Air Medical GOM, CAMTS guidelines, and safety protocols.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft readiness.
Provide exceptional service while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in community outreach and PR efforts.
Support the organization’s Safety Management System and Destination Zero initiatives.

Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications:
Commercial Helicopter License with Instrument Rating (ATP required within 12 months).
First Class Medical Certification.
Flight Experience:
Minimum 2,000 total flight hours (1,500 hours helicopter, 1,000 hours PIC helicopter, 500 turbine helicopter hours).
100 unaided night hours (or 50 unaided + 100 NVG hours).
100 hours instrument (actual & hood).
Other Requirements:
Weight under 235 lbs.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for loading and unloading.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

Compensation & Benefits
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000.
Housing: Off-duty housing provided.
Pay & Incentives: Competitive salary, shift bonuses, annual safety and employee bonuses.
Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off rotation.
Relocation Assistance: Available with a 2-year minimum service commitment.
