About the Role:
Total Aviation Staffing is seeking a dedicated IFR Pilot to join an elite team providing life-saving air medical services in Victoria, Texas. This is an incredible opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with meaningful, mission-driven work in a highly rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform EC135 SPIFR/NVG Helicopter Air Ambulance (HAA) operations under CAMTS guidelines.
Engage in 24-hour operations with day and night rotations.
Ensure adherence to company safety policies and Destination Zero initiatives.
Participate in community outreach programs to represent the company positively.
Assist with patient and equipment transport as needed.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections in compliance with aviation and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Licenses and Certifications:Commercial Helicopter License with Instrument Rating (ATP required within 12 months).
First Class Medical Certification.
Flight Experience:2,000 total hours (1,500 helicopter, 1,000 PIC helicopter, 500 turbine helicopter).100 hours instrument time and 100 hours NVG or 50 hours unaided night + 100 hours NVG.
Physical Requirements:
Must meet a body weight limit of 235 lbs.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs for assisting with equipment and patient transport.

Compensation & Benefits:
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000.
Housing: Off-duty housing provided.
Additional Incentives: Shift bonuses, annual safety bonus, annual employee bonus, and more.
Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off rotation.
Relocation Package: Available (minimum service requirement applies).
