Mission Profile
- Operate the EC135 under SPIFR/NVG in CAMTS-guided med-evac missions
- Coordinate flight clearances, weather briefings, and aircraft status with leadership
- Ensure all flight paperwork is complete, accurate, and FAA-compliant
- Report mechanical issues in the engineering logbook and liaise with maintenance
- Load/unload patients & equipment (lift up to 100 lbs) safely and efficiently
- Support Safety Management System initiatives—Destination Zero is our standard
You’ve Earned This Role If You Have
- FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours (1,500 helicopter; 1,000 PIC; 500 turbine)
- Current Class II FAA Medical Certificate
- Meet weight-restriction policy (max weight per SOP)
- Strong verbal & radio communication skills
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Ability to pass pre-placement physical (lift 100 lbs), drug screen & background check
