About the Role
We are seeking experienced Flight Paramedics to join a dedicated air medical transport team in Modesto, CA. In this critical role, you’ll provide advanced pre-hospital care and rapid response during air and ground transports. Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air and ground transports.
Document accurate and detailed information for patient care and billing purposes.
Collaborate with management, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Enhance expertise through mandatory meetings, skill labs, and clinical rotations.
Maintain compliance with certifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

What You Bring
Active Paramedic Certification: Valid in the state of California.
Field Experience: Minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) in a busy 911/pre-hospital service.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
Specialized Credentials: FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
Physical Requirements: Body weight below 235 lbs and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and instructor certifications.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: Hourly rates between $19.46–$23.93, with annual earnings potential of $66,000–$81,170.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 (available through January 31, 2025).
Additional Incentives: Shift bonuses, annual safety bonuses, and a hard-to-staff bonus of up to 25% of base pay.
