About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the premium mulch and lawn care industry, is looking for a skilled Citation CJ3 Pilot to join their team. You'll have the chance to fly their brand-new Citation CJ3 under Part 91, enjoying the unique experience of varied flight destinations, from picturesque midwestern landscapes to sunny Florida skies. Responsibilities
- Pilot and Manage Flights:
-Safely operate Citation CJ3 flights under Part 91
-Manage all stages from planning to execution
-Plan routes, manage weight & balance
-Organize fuel stops and coordinate with FBOs
-Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight inspections
-Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards
-Customize each trip for VIP comfort
-Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and in-flight requests
-Maintain professional communication with owner’s office, ground teams, and ATC
-Actively participate in CRM training, safety briefings, and recurrent checks
Requirements
-CE-525s type rating preferred
-Alternatively, complete company-sponsored 3-week CJ3 type rating course
-Total Flight Time: 1,200+ hours
-Multi-Engine Land Time: 500+ hours
-Instrument Flight Time: 75+ hours
-Night Flight Time: 100+ hours
-Proven excellence in corporate or owner-operator environments
-FAA commercial pilot certificate with instrument rating
-Current Class 2 (or above) medical certificate
-Clean FAA record (no recent incidents or enforcement actions)
-Discretion, courtesy, and professionalism around senior leadership
-Strong decision-making and situational awareness
-Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH
