Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to requests for touch-up and repair of corporate aircraft interiors.
  • Work with fabric, vinyl, leather hides, and composite materials using approved adhesives, sewing equipment, and tools.
  • Perform leather and seat repairs, as well as fabrication tasks, in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
  • Collaborate with leads and skilled technicians to improve safety, efficiency, and processes using lean manufacturing principles.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols and support a clean, organized work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives.

 
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and accountability.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and connect ideas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Top Stitch sewing techniques.
  • 5–10 years of experience using a double-needle post machine and working with leather.
  • Prior aviation-related experience preferred.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States with two forms of federal identification.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Compliance with FAA guidelines, including pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Aircraft Interiors Experience
