Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to requests for touch-up and repair of corporate aircraft interiors.
Work with fabric, vinyl, leather hides, and composite materials using approved adhesives, sewing equipment, and tools.
Perform leather and seat repairs, as well as fabrication tasks, in compliance with FAA, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
Collaborate with leads and skilled technicians to improve safety, efficiency, and processes using lean manufacturing principles.
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and support a clean, organized work environment.
Perform additional duties as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements:

Self-starter with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and accountability.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and connect ideas.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Top Stitch sewing techniques.
5–10 years of experience using a double-needle post machine and working with leather.
Prior aviation-related experience preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the United States with two forms of federal identification.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Compliance with FAA guidelines, including pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
