About the Opportunity:
Seize the opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic contractor workforce within a thriving AV technology and event production industry. As a Workforce Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing innovative cost-saving strategies, and driving both efficiency and profitability. This role offers a chance to work closely with regional management and directly impact our client’s success and reputation in delivering quality services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective workforce scheduling to meet corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with regional management to customize national practices for the region's needs.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Manage relationships with labor brokers and contractors, negotiating rates to optimize costs.
  • Maintain high communication standards to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Create jobs, schedule contractors, and manage purchase orders effectively.
  • Conduct weekly site visits to engage with customers and vendors.
  • Oversee and manage on-site labor, ensuring the maximum customer experience.
  • Support program managers and directors in managing labor crews.
  • Refer potential contractors for recruitment and support training initiatives.

 
Requirements:
  • Proven skills in team building, communication, and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in labor management and AV sales or operations.
