About the Opportunity:

As a Workforce Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer service, implementing innovative cost-saving strategies, and driving both efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for effective workforce scheduling to meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with regional management to customize national practices for the region's needs.
- Analyze workforce data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Manage relationships with labor brokers and contractors, negotiating rates to optimize costs.
- Maintain high communication standards to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Create jobs, schedule contractors, and manage purchase orders effectively.
- Conduct weekly site visits to engage with customers and vendors.
- Oversee and manage on-site labor, ensuring the maximum customer experience.
- Support program managers and directors in managing labor crews.
- Refer potential contractors for recruitment and support training initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven skills in team building, communication, and customer service.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- High school diploma or equivalent education (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Minimum of three years of experience in labor management and AV sales or operations.
