About the Opportunity:
Join our client's expanding team as a strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. You will play a pivotal role in conducting in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support data-driven decisions, positioning you at the forefront of executive-level strategy and company performance evaluation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct financial research and analysis to assess business performance and support investment, budgeting, and cost management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to gauge and project the impact of business strategies, economic scenarios, and capital investments.
  • Calculate and interpret financial metrics to monitor the company’s fiscal health, identify trends, and provide insightful performance reports.
  • Create and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, including variance analyses and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and risk factors to evaluate investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation strategies.
  • Utilize financial statements, reports, and models to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Accounting on month-end processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy, and planning tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and GAAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
