This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your piloting skills in both business and personal settings, traveling across the U.S. in a dynamic and integral position.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule aircraft maintenance and inspections, maintaining accurate records and logbooks.
  • Assist in securing and managing hangar space; support operations for other owner aircraft as needed.

  • Engage professionally with the owner and passengers, clearly communicating trip planning and safety information.

Requirements:
  • FAA Private or Commercial Pilot Certificate (Commercial preferred).
  • Valid Instrument Rating and endorsements for high-performance, complex, and high-altitude operations.
  • Minimum Third-Class FAA medical (Second-Class preferred).
  • Meet currency requirements for passenger carriage and IFR operations.
  • Willingness to complete PA-46/M-class initial training; commit to owner-provided recurrent training.
  • Total flight time of 1,000–1,500+ hours, with significant PIC and turbine/turboprop experience.
  • Preference for experience with PA-46 series or equivalent single-pilot turbine aircraft.
  • Demonstrated recent single-pilot IFR experience in complex aircraft.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Competitive salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Permanent, full-time position with direct hire by the aircraft owner.
  • Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.
  • Direct impact on high-level business and personal travel planning initiatives.
