About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the aviation services industry, specializing in aircraft modification, engineering, and certification, is seeking an adept Lear 45 Pilot in Command (PIC). This role is central to providing top-tier charter operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations. Operating on a balanced 8-days on / 8-days off schedule, this opportunity promises an engaging work-life balance and the chance to be at the forefront of innovative aviation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Command the Lear 45 and ensure operations comply with FAA Part 135 regulations, FAA requirements, and company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a seamless flight experience for passengers.
Plan flights, coordinate with dispatch, and manage aircraft maintenance to maintain optimal operational conditions.
Engage with clients to provide a professional, safe, and enjoyable charter flight experience.
Oversee aircraft cleaning, stocking, and the management of luggage and equipment.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and complete all required pre-employment screenings.
Perform additional duties as needed to support flight operations.

Requirements:

FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating.
FAA First Class Medical Certificate and Lear 45 PIC Type Rating.
3,000 total flight hours.
Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
Minimum 500 Lear 45 hours (250 minimum required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Commitment to supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional client service.
U.S. passport holder and compliance with TSA criminal offense regulations.
Willingness to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio.
