About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leader in the aviation services industry, specializing in aircraft modification, engineering, and certification, is seeking an adept Lear 45 Pilot in Command (PIC). This role is central to providing top-tier charter operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service in compliance with FAR Part 135 regulations. Responsibilities:
- Command the Lear 45 and ensure operations comply with FAA Part 135 regulations, FAA requirements, and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a seamless flight experience for passengers.
- Plan flights, coordinate with dispatch, and manage aircraft maintenance to maintain optimal operational conditions.
- Engage with clients to provide a professional, safe, and enjoyable charter flight experience.
- Oversee aircraft cleaning, stocking, and the management of luggage and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and complete all required pre-employment screenings.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support flight operations.
Requirements:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating.
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate and Lear 45 PIC Type Rating.
- 3,000 total flight hours.
- Minimum 1,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
- Minimum 500 Lear 45 hours (250 minimum required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Commitment to supporting the company’s mission of delivering exceptional client service.
- U.S. passport holder and compliance with TSA criminal offense regulations.
- Willingness to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio.
