About the Opportunity:

Our client, a leader in the aviation parts industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Trader to join their energetic and successful sales team. This exciting opportunity, based preferably in the vibrant city of Miami, offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and experiences in Airframe or Engine Parts Trading will directly contribute to the company's ambitious growth strategy. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen the existing customer base.
  • Quote sales opportunities to customers and execute follow-up to secure deals.
  • Engage in trading the company's inventory through sales and exchanges on a global scale.
  • Create, manage, and maintain new customer account relationships.
  • Maximize all sales and purchasing opportunities as they present themselves.
  • Source and acquire inventory for stock to meet business needs.
  • Enhance customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.

 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Parts Trading within the Aviation industry.
  • Motivation to earn commissions and grow within your career.
  • Ability to forge and nurture strong client relationships, including with executive management.
  • Expertise in niche product lines such as Engine, APU, or Landing Gear is advantageous.
  • Established relationships within specific markets or regions are beneficial.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high energy levels.
  • In-depth understanding of sales and purchasing processes.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Employ a consultative approach to problem-solving.
