Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize multiple projects to drive continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, performance metrics, and tracking tools to support operational goals.
  • Forecast and coordinate maintenance schedules, including fuel planning.
  • Oversee the execution of maintenance plans to ensure seamless operations.
  • Evaluate proposals for schedule expansions or updates to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor operational inconsistencies and make timely adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Report progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Provide technical support to Maintenance Control and manage warranty claims effectively.
  • Manage turbine engine lifecycles, including off-wing, overhaul, and inspection processes.
  • Collaborate with OEM programs to facilitate warranty submissions and recoveries.
  • Track performance metrics and engine reliability, forecasting shop visits accurately.
  • Advise maintenance and control teams on strategic, engine-related initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for engines, including managing loaners, spares, and rentals.
  • Ensure compliance with program standards and maintain accurate cost tracking.

 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. and possess federal identification.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Proficient in CAMP, VERYON, MS Excel, Word, and CORRIDOR.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable working around aircraft machinery and jet engine noise.
