This role allows you to work alongside elite professionals, utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver rapid response medical care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced care and perform assessments, diagnoses, and emergency treatments during air or ground transport.
- Accurately document patient care, treatments, and billing information.
- Ensure timely communication with management, internal teams, and external partners.
- Participate in PR and marketing activities to support the company’s mission.
- Stay current with knowledge and skills through required training, clinical rotations, and education sessions.
- Maintain active RN license and certifications, following medical protocols under clinical supervisors.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Minimum 3 years of critical care or emergency experience (5 years preferred).
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least one of TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
- Obtain CFRN certification within 24 months of hire.
- Preferred: previous flight or transport nursing experience.
- Successful completion of education and orientation program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must meet clinical personnel weight restrictions (under 235 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency (charting, email, etc.).
- Ability to pass physical exam (strength, flexibility) and drug screening.
