About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day aircraft projects within a Part 145 Repair Station.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Order, track, and manage parts required for project completion.
- Ensure all documentation—time entry, work orders, and sign-offs—is accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with technicians, avionics, and management teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication across departments for efficient workflow.
- Oversee final inspections, aircraft delivery, and post-delivery client follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment.
- Proficiency with Corridor software (Pentagon experience also acceptable).
- Strong understanding of heavy maintenance and avionics projects on business jets (Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker, Citation).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
