Based in Doral, Florida, Global Engine Maintenance (GEM) is a FAA 145 / EASA certified repair station and is a CASE-registered organization. They offer customized maintenance solutions for CFM56-7B, CFM56-5B, and CFM56-3 engines. Their in-house capabilities include high-speed grinding for HPC and HPT blades on CFM56-3, CFM56-5B, and CFM56-7B rotor assemblies.

Their vertical grinders can grind the honeycomb seals on your HPC forward and rear cases as well as the shrouds on your MOD-12. Their newly upgraded balance machines can now balance LPC, HPT, and LPT rotor modules on CFM56-5B engines, as well as CFM56-7B and CFM56-3 engines. Their Field Services Teams can perform a multitude of tasks, including 360 video borescoping, boroblending, top and bottom case repairs, witnessing and certifying MPA tests.
