Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled pilot to join their aviation department, ensuring a culture of safety and efficient operations to provide top-tier customer service. The selected candidate will serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) on scheduled flights, while the Senior Captain maintains final operational authority.

Responsibilities: 
  • Earn the respect and trust of passengers and flight department members. 
  • Act as a technical expert on assigned aircraft, operations, and maintenance. 
  • Analyze weather conditions at all relevant points and make informed mission decisions. 
  • Make critical decisions on flight start, delay, cancellation, or route deviations based on conditions. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service, adhering to regulations and flight standards. 
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean and prepared for passenger safety and comfort. 
  • Meet schedules and directives, following government regulations and flight standards. 
  • Prepare comprehensive flight and contingency plans, including weight, balance, fuel, and performance metrics. 
  • Complete thorough preflight inspections. 
  • Use aircraft checklists diligently and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
  • Oversee flight and cabin crew, fostering teamwork, sharing expertise, and mentoring emerging aviation professionals. 
  • Maintain high standards of personal integrity, professionalism, and honesty. 
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned tasks. 

    Qualifications 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Certification: G550 Type Rating required; G650 Type Rating preferred. Valid FAA Class I medical. 
  • Experience: Preferred: 5000 hours total time, 2000 hours turbine time, 1500 hours as PIC, and 500 hours in large cabin corporate aircraft. 
  • Experience in 14 CFR Part 91 or 135 environments with solid knowledge of 14 CFR Part 91, ICAO Standards, SOPs, and meteorological reports. 
  • Large cabin Gulfstream experience preferred. 
  • Skills: Strong technical background, interpersonal and leadership skills, and a track record of positive interactions with the FAA.

    Special Requirements 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and split days off in a 24/7 environment.   

Pay Range: $164,000 – $280,000 USD
