Responsibilities:

Define and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with company goals and market trends.
Drive accountability, safety, compliance, and profitability across the organization.
Oversee operations including MRO services, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation customers, FAA regulators, OEMs, and partners.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lean operational excellence.
Lead budget planning and manage P&L performance to ensure sustainable financial growth.
Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to executive team members and department heads.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Represent the company at key industry events, customer negotiations, and strategic meetings.
Develop succession plans and a strong talent pipeline for long-term organizational success.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Aviation Management required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years in aviation or aerospace leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or P&L ownership position.
Demonstrated success in MRO or systems integration environments preferred.
FAA familiarity required; FAA certifications (A&P, IA) or DER credentials preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP and scheduling systems is a plus.
High level of confidentiality with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
