Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute strategic business initiatives aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Drive accountability, safety, compliance, and profitability across the organization.
  • Oversee operations including MRO services, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with aviation customers, FAA regulators, OEMs, and partners.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and lean operational excellence.
  • Lead budget planning and manage P&L performance to ensure sustainable financial growth.
  • Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, AS9100, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to executive team members and department heads.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, customer negotiations, and strategic meetings.
  • Develop succession plans and a strong talent pipeline for long-term organizational success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Aviation Management required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years in aviation or aerospace leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or P&L ownership position.
  • Demonstrated success in MRO or systems integration environments preferred.
  • FAA familiarity required; FAA certifications (A&P, IA) or DER credentials preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP and scheduling systems is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
