Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all maintenance activities, programs, and inspections for the aircraft fleet.
- Collaborate effectively with aircraft crew and the CEO, supporting their missions and expectations.
- Strategically manage daily workflows, making informed decisions on maintenance resources.
- Direct and coordinate light to moderate inspections and pre-/post-flight checks.
- Plan and execute moderate to heavy maintenance, optimizing aircraft availability and aligning with the owner’s schedule.
- Promote the company's vision, mission, and values throughout your work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years in A&P duties with familiarity in maintaining the assigned aircraft models: Hawker 400XPs and Gulfstream G IVSP.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing teams or contractors.
- Willingness to travel for maintenance events as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Physical ability to fulfill the role, including manual dexterity for operating office equipment and conducting aircraft repairs.
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience with an A&P background.
- Hold and maintain a current FAA A&P Certificate.
- Corporate aviation experience is mandatory.
- Ability to clear DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks, and comply with random testing requirements.
