Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all maintenance activities, programs, and inspections for the aircraft fleet.
  • Collaborate effectively with aircraft crew and the CEO, supporting their missions and expectations.
  • Strategically manage daily workflows, making informed decisions on maintenance resources.
  • Direct and coordinate light to moderate inspections and pre-/post-flight checks.
  • Plan and execute moderate to heavy maintenance, optimizing aircraft availability and aligning with the owner’s schedule.
  • Promote the company's vision, mission, and values throughout your work.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years in A&P duties with familiarity in maintaining the assigned aircraft models: Hawker 400XPs and Gulfstream G IVSP.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing teams or contractors.
  • Willingness to travel for maintenance events as needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Physical ability to fulfill the role, including manual dexterity for operating office equipment and conducting aircraft repairs.


Education and Experience:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience with an A&P background.
  • Hold and maintain a current FAA A&P Certificate.
  • Corporate aviation experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to clear DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks, and comply with random testing requirements.
