Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed mechanical designs for wind tunnel test models using 3D CAD software.
- Perform strength and stress analyses utilizing Nastran, Femap, and Advance Sim.
- Conduct structural analysis to ensure model integrity, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and testing teams to support aerospace model development.
- Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and the AS9100D quality management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Aeronautical.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical design with expertise in 3D CAD modeling (Aerospace/Aircraft experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Siemens NX or equivalent 3D design software.
- Demonstrated experience in strength, stress, and structural analysis.
- U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required (per US Export/ITAR Restrictions)
- DOD Clearance preferred.
